Doula Services 24/7 Email and Phone Support - from the date of hire I will be available by phone or email. I am available to answer any questions or listen to your concerns. You can call me just to chat too! 2 Prenatal Visits - During these visits we will get to know one another, review history of prior births (if applicable), address any fears or concerns you might have, create your birth plan, and discuss birth options and procedures. Accessible Resource - you and your partner do not have to worry about forgetting what you've learned as I will be there to help you make informed decisions. Advocacy - I am accountable to you; therefore, I am ideally situated to facilitate communication between you and the medical staff and ensure that you are making informed decisions. Memories - During your birthing time I will document the highlights of your Journey of Birth and, if requested, I can take pictures and/or video footage. | Birth Support - I offer continuous emotional and physical support during your birthing time. I can meet you at your home or the hospital and I will stay with you up to 2 hours after your baby is born to make sure all your needs are met. 
Postpartum Support - I will come to the hospital the day after your baby is born to discuss your birthing day, answer any questions you have, etc... If requested, a second visit can be arranged to ensure the new family is doing well. |
